Rescue Needed - Meet Handsom BoBo - Dallas, TX

Meet BoBo! He was found VERY skinny and was picked up by a good Samaritan in the Dallas, TX area. Here is what we know about this handsome boy: He is probably 1.5 - 2 years old, not neutered, but is heartworm negative. He had some other parasitic worms, but has been treated and will be worm free and...

Dallas, TX - "mini" pit bull needs rescue ASAP

Check out "Boss"! Here is the story I received about him: "There is a dog in the neighborhood that is left out all night and not fed well. He doesn't have a collar or tags. He runs around all day and is going to get hit or picked up. We think his owner is in jail. There is a woman, hi...

Re: Did we over do it with the exercise? Pittie in pain!

Are you giving her glucosamine and fish oil? They have helped my older dog a lot, I think. I wouldn't give her aspirin, it can cause a lot of problems. I would think swimming would be great for an older dog, but maybe she pulled a muscle. I do feed her Nutro Max for Seniors which has glucosamine in...

Did we over do it with the exercise? Pittie in pain!

I took my 8 year old pittie girl Nikita to the lake for a swim yesterday. She had a great time as usual, but today she is in obvious pain. She can barely walk and hesitates to lay down. When you touch on her back, she winces a bit as if she doesn't like it. We were swimming/playing for about an hour...

URGENT: Found Pittie - VERY BAD SHAPE

This is VERY URGENT! This poor girl was found in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas which is known to be full of bad characters if you know what I mean. She can barely walk, and if she does, it's very slow. She has eaten a few bites of food and some water. The person who found her has a very small (3 mont...

He is doing great and will be neutered any day now, (they were waiting for him to get heathly first). He is getting better every day with this behavior! Thanks for all t...
