Feels more like an interrogation than a welcome... My friend's 2 dogs had puppies on 2 different occasions, and I happened to adopt one of them. She's a sweet dog and she is healthy, and that's what matters to me. She is fully vaccinated, chipped, registered, and well socialized with people and dogs.
