I always recommend the prescription diets for certain ailments and treatments but not for your average dog on an everyday basis unless the dogs need that type of diet.

I've been researching foods lately and the market has def changed since i last had a dog.

Timberwolf is one food that i now refuse to feed. The times that i did try it the dogs did horrible on it. Absolutely not worth the money in my opinion.

Ive been using canidae lately and plan to stick with it. Never hear about any big issues like this with a food like canidae.

Glutens can definitely cause problems.
