very true. I still use Abby's plain harness on walks too. I just use this one incase she pulls really hard. I tried a choke collar too, but it just fell down her neck, because her neck seems pretty small. lol! She's a medium in the illusion collar if anyone with a bully breed with a smaller neck is ...

cool thanks for the comments! I tried the gentle leader, but abby got out of it didn't like it at all. The illusion collar works with Abby and she walks on both sides of me. I guess it's just what you like, but this one is me favorite so far. :)

Cesar Millan Illusion Collar

I just bought an illusion collar by Cesar Millan that helps my Abby with her pulling sooooo much! It doesn't choke her, it just keeps her from pulling. If you want more info about it go to www.cesarmillaninc.com :) It works like a charm and is the best walking collar I've ever gotten!

My Abby's on alittle raw and dry food...I have to mix water with her food because she has colitis, but she doesn't shed that much either. I've noticed she does shed more in the winter and fall seasons though. lol

she's in her kennel outside from 6 am- 7pm and she runs in there, and is inside from then until 6 the next day. She's in the den about 2 hours each night and walks a mile with me everyday. Training's coming soon for her, so I know she needs that. Thanks for your opinions. Now I know what to do. 8)

Abby loves to swim in a lake near my house, but I've never tried her in pools or the ocean. She only goes out in the lake to where she can touch the bottom. If she goes any farther, she turns around back towards the shore.

Barking

Okay so Abby loves to bark whenever she is outside and I'm watering the plants. I tell her to stop by using a firm "No". She will stop for about 30 seconds and start again. She also does this when I bring her in the house to eat. She goes in her crate to eat and I give her about 30 minutes...

ok. thanks. I asked one of my teachers at school today about a trainer he used, and he said they do private lessons, and is going to give me their info tomorrow. 8) I think I'm going to walk Abby around the block in a second...usually dogs aren't out at this time. Shouldn't I walk her when no dogs a...
