Pulling Harness?

Postby loophole » Sun Apr 07, 2013 7:48 pm

I'm looking for a pulling harness for our 13 month old pit... i'm not looking to get him into large amounts of weight. mostly going to be using it to pull our 2 kids in their wagon around our neighborhood block..and eventually train for biking or roller skating.(roughly a mile and a 1/4)... i'll have a leash attatched as well like always.... cheap is good but padding is a good idea for the haul... anyone found something good? I've looked but figured i'd ask here and maybe get some expertise. thanks

Well, it doesn't sound like a weight pulling harness is what you need. (A good thing, they're relatively expensive.)

This might work well for what you want though :)

They have more harnesses at good prices but that would likely fit your boy best

Keep in mind, you don't want him pulling any serious weight until he's 2, at 1 1/2 he could pull roughly his own weight safely.

Stillwater has one that might be good for what you want, a padded walking harness.
