Today your bully ate?

Postby True_Pits » Wed Jan 21, 2009 1:34 am

We did this on another forum. Hopefully thread will get going pretty good here too. You just share what your dog(s) ate "today" each day you participate.

I'll start. I'm feeding a few other dogs right now and I have 5 feeding times a day but they only eat on average max 2 times a day.

Tues 1-20-09

A.M. (or mid day) chicken with chicken liver or entire chicken / P.M. ground beef with egg or Evo
A.M. & P.M. Fromm 4Star Whitefish&Potato
Mid Day & P.M. Precise Canine Foundation

They had these for snack as I had several pork shoulder bones stored up. (they love em) Couple just had kong with peanut butter.

here is one of the chickens before becoming lunch

AM: Dog Lover's Gold (kibble)
PM: Wellness Core (kibble) with Fresh Pet (refrigerated turkey, rice, veggie stuff). I'm almost out of the DLG, so I broke into the bag of Wellness Core I won at a raffle recently. Meant to mix it with the DLG, but there was so little of it, when I poured the Wellness on top, I was unable to get it mixed in.

AM: Diamond Naturals Chicken and Rice Adult dog food
Dachshunds: 1/2-1 cup a day(River and Gracie are standard size dachshunds so they get 1 cup)
Chops: about 1 cup a day
Mya: 2 cups a day
Tank: 1 and half cups a day

They are only fed once a day and then they get a treat or two during the day.

And, even though Darcy is a pot belly pig, lol, I will put her schedule too. (Keep in mind when you read her feeding schedule that she is pregnant)

AM: 2 cups of Mini pig food, vitamin and a carrot.
Then, during the day she gets some leafy greens and a treat or two.
PM: 2 cups of Mini pig food

AM - Bone-in turkey and a chicken liver. 2 fish oil caps, 2 flax seed oil caps.

Tonight, they will each get another capsule of the oils, and a few training treats.

Daughter's dogs that live here get Canidae dog food in the AM along with their gel caps of the same oils that the raw dogs get. They, too, will get training treats in the PM since we train when I get off of work.

Part of a turkey carcass (with meat attached) and an egg for breakfast.

Dinner will likely be a bone or some chicken feet with yogurt and kelp.

AM: Kirkland Chicken & Rice, Fish Oil
Noon: A few pieces of mistletoe that fell off of the trees, a stick or two and a mouthful of dirt.
PM: Kirkland Chiekn & Rice, Fish Oil
Evening: Sticks and dirt, perhaps a piece of dog crap.

(Please don't counsel me on the dangers of mistletoe. I KNOW! But I can't chop down eight 70yr old trees just to get rid of it. I clean it up as much as I can and so far it hasn't caused many problems.)
