There is a way to report things, which is to actually do it. Celeste, I sent in video and the info I was able to gather, the morning after I first watch the video, to the local animal control services. I have a case number over what I submitted, so that i can follow up.

What is disturbing to me is not just what happened to those animals.I have seen the video on several facebook pages in the past two days, it has hundreds of hits, and many people continue to hope for someone else to do something. It is always someone else that have to do it though.

I've resisted watching it until today. But I just did and I'm crying like a baby for those poor dogs.

I hope that trainer is charged or sued but I can't see that being likely.

AC is assigning an investigator to the case, it can be a day to a week before I can speak to the assigned person directly.They have cases of neglect open, and they rank reports based on how urgent the situation is. Someone else contacted them over this, today.
