Smiley came to us from a local Animal Services shelter, where he was part of a cruelty/neglect case. He has undergone two reconstructive surgeries to repair his lips and mouth. Don't let his goofy smile fool you - this boy eats, drinks, plays, and acts totally normal! He's a hefty boy with a happy-go-lucky spirit. He adores children and is a star at our adoption events. He was a staple in play groups during his stay at animal services, and has been great with his doggie foster siblings.
