Check out dogster, lots of good help on their raw forum
generally 2-3% of what will be adult weight is fed. I usually do 80% meat, 10% bone 5% organ with added fruits and veggies ( optional, in small amounts).

Thanks y'all! I already feed raw to my adults so I'm comfortable with ratios and all that. But my main concern was what parts of the chicken are okay when first introducing a puppy to raw.

I'll read the longer links more thoroughly when I get some spare time. ^^

We bought a meat grinder and fed ground chicken quarters for a while until whole chicken quarters could be used. Worked well!

You can also crunch the bones by hitting it with a meat tenderizer depending on the size of what you are feeding. I do it with chicken necks I feed my cats as a couple of them are missing teeth from extractions. I've never feed a puppy raw, but am feeding 5 cats raw.

Very true, you can start out with whole ground ( that include meat, bone and organ) or if you can't find that, add bone meal to ground turkey, beef, chicken etc, with some liver or whatever other organs you can find. Perhaps even supplement with primal, natures variety, etc. And then gradually work up when you're ready to things like chicken wings, necks, feet etc.

Not a problem! I'm not one for grinding, but started with 3 week olds so ground worked for a while.
